Sub Rosa A woman, Susan Brockman, sits motionless in a red room. The camera crawls by, from left to right, as a patch of light moves at the same speed from right to left. The soundtrack is familiar movie suspense music. Nothing happens. 12 minutes 1974 16mm
DEAD LETTER
David Warrilow plays a man imprisoned for accidentally killing his father while attempting to shoot a letter.
The prison is the man's mind, and his thoughts and memories are played out in unlikely costumes and with strange visitors. The man recalls his pet bird's sweater.

Two televisions sit in chairs on either side of a table. The talking heads on each screen turn and speak to each other in rhythmically synchronized patterns.Napoleon, on the left screen speaks only in the past tense. SUNSET SONATA
Three arched windows overlook the Hudson river at sunset. As the sun gets lower in the sky each window moves through positions: closed,1/4 open, 1/2 open, 3/4 open, open. 180 slides on three synchronized projectors rotate continuously.
